The VS-Recorder, designed for analog phone systems, makes offering call-in dictation simply and easy. This box just plugs into any USB port on your PC and with some easy-to-use software, turns your PC into a call-in dictation machine.

The VS-Recorder is the solution for those who desire to dictate from their cell phone, home, office phones or even a dictation station, but don't want to buy a call-in system. The VS-Recorder comes in a 2-port configuration supporting up to 2 telephone lines or the optional 4-Port Recorder.

Simply pick up the phone and dial the telephone number of the line the machine is plugged into. Enter your author ID and any additional information you would like to be included with the file and dictate. The VS Recorder supports full dictation control with the telephone keypad. It includes 7 of the most common key maps or you can simply create your own.

The included VS-Recorder software captures the dictation directly on a PC. Each user profile can have a different path for saving dictation, or use a default path. Set up dictation rules such as maximum record, silence and stop time limits on a per user or per port basis.
